Conical Rounder CR 59-M (with oiling*)

And also deliverable with adjustable tracks;
type ATRounder suitable for wheat and mixed wheat/rye doughs and with oil spraying device also for sticky doughs like 100 % rye.Technical data:

Advantages:

  • Perfect separation of dough pieces coming from the divider

Principle:
The dough pieces are being taken over by the rotating cone and shaped into round dough pieces by the specially shaped tracks.
Very high precision between tracks and cone because of machined tracks, which results in a minimum of dough crumbs.
The spraying of oil prevents sticking of the dough pieces.

Standard execution:

  • Cast iron cone, teflon coated.
  • Aluminium tracks, teflonized on inside and outside.
  • Heating with fan.
  • Frame nickle plated.
  • Brushed stainless steel cover plates.
  • Machine on 4 wheels with locking pins.
  • Control panel.
  • Outfeed 12 o’clock, infeed 6 o’clock.
  • Other infeed positions (3 and 9 o’clock) possible.
  • The rounder meets the CE-standards and can be equipped with a great number of accessories for even more ease of use and operation of the machine.

Cylindrical/Conical Rounder CCR 59-GM (without oiling*)

  • Type KK, weight range 100 – 700 grams
  • Type KM, weight range 100 – 700 grams
  • Type KG, weight range 200 – 1200 grams
  • Type GM, weight range 400 – 1600 grams
  • Type GG, weight range 400 – 2000 grams

Capacity: depending on execution max. 5000 pcs/hour

  • The combination cylinder/cone gives an extra long rounding track length, which makes this rounder especially suitable as a final rounder

Execution:

  • Type HS-M, weight range 500 – 1100 grams
  • Type HS-KM, weight range 350 – 500 grams
  • Type AT, weight range 350 -1100 grams

Advantages:

  • Excellent moulding results
  • Perfect separation of dough pieces coming from the divider
  • Minimum of dough crumbs
  • Perfect transfer of the dough pieces on the outfeed side
  • Adjustable tracks for an optimal rounding result with a large weight range (only type AT)

  • Outfeed 12 o’clock, infeed 3 o’clock.
  • Other infeed position (6 o’clock) possible.
  • The cylinder/cone rotates clockwise.
  • The rounder meets the CE-standards and can be equipped with a great number of accessories for even more ease of use and operation of the machine.
