Use The Major moulders are
machines designed to mould and
extend dough pieces. With their variants and options,
they fit
on a stand, dough piece rest, table and out-feed
conveyor,
and fully integrate into semi-automatic and automatic
first
prover units.
Centred by an infeed gutter (model Major) or dragged by a
laminated plan (model Major Alpha), the dough piece is
easily and accurately laminated and moulded through two
antiadhesive coated cylinders, then rolled under a load
conveyor. The use of a sheeting belt with a inclined and
adjustable support from horizontal to 40° (model Major
Alpha) provides more speed to the laminating/sheeting
operation.
The smooth and gradual moulding process is carried out
between two wool felt conveyor belts rotating in reverse
direction.
Grouping the controls and safety features favours a using
comfort. Easy setting thanks to human oriented handles
fitted with indicators. Low noise level (58 dBA) favours
good
working atmosphere.

capacity of 1500 pieces per hour and can be used for a
various types of bread such as wheat dough and mixed
rye/wheat dough. The maximum dough weight is 2000 gram with a
maximum moulding length of 450mm.

|
|
Advantages
-
Perfect
moulding result both for weak as stiff doughs
-
Capable of
moulding round, long and flat loaves
-
Stainless
steel curling net
-
Hingeable
pressure board
-
Adjustable
side guides
-
Modern design
in stainless steel
|
|
Principle
The dough pieces are fed to
the machine at the rear side of the machine.
The dough pieces are sheeted
by the 1 pair of rollers. The opening between these rollers
is adjustable.
Then the dough pieces arrive
at the curling station to be rolled up, after which they are
moulded by the pressure board which is adjustable in height
and equipped with adjustable side guides.
Finally, the
dough pieces are transferred to a catch tray, a resting
conveyor or a panning conveyor |

The BM54 is a universal
industrial moulder for tin and hearth bread, which is suitable
for wheat doughs and mixed rye-wheat doughs with rye contents
up to max. 30 %.

Advantages:
- Excellent moulding result
- Separate curling conveyor
- Hingeable pressure board for easy cleaning
- Modern design in stainless steel
- Easy operation and maintenance
- Low noise level
Principle:
The dough pieces are fed by means of the infeed conveyor with
pinning roller at the rear of the machine and then sheeted by
the 1st and 2nd pair of sheeting rollers.
The opening between both pairs of rollers can be adjusted.
Then the dough pieces are rolled up by means of a stainless
steel curling net and moulded to the required length by the
pressure board, which can be adjusted in height and is
equipped with adjustable side guides.

- Easy operation and maintenance
- Low noise level
Description:
The dough pieces are fed to the moulder by means of a hopper
or an infeed conveyor with centring rollers and pinning
roller at the rear of the machine (option).
The dough pieces are sheeted by means of three pairs of
sheeting rollers with adjustable openings and rolled up by a
curling net, which is adjustable in height.

The Universal bread moulder is
suited for the use in bread lines for the sheeting and
moulding of wheat, wheat mixture and rye dough's (max. weight
2000 g).
Other dough's, for example, soft dough's and French sticks up
to lengths of 560 mm can also be processed.

Advantages:
- Perfect processing of many kinds of dough
(wheat, wheat mixture and rye dough's). Both dough's on the
basis of heavier flours as well as, in particular, soft
dough's can be processed without any problems.
- The machine can be used for round loaves,
long loaves or flattened loaves.
- Modern CE and HACCP construction.
- Panels and frame V2A
- Machine equipped with driven centering
rollers for perfect centering of dough.
- Heavy and robust construction
- The machine can be used in conventional
units or in flourless make up lines.
Description:
The pieces of dough are positioned in the middle of the
machine via a conveyor belt and 2 vertical centering rollers
and conveyed to the first pair of degassing and sheeter
rollers.
These rollers can also function as transportation rollers (for
round dough's and dough's not made of wheat) by opening them.
Directly hereafter, there are 2 flattening rollers on the
moulding belt positioned one behind the other. By means of
this new construction - driven centering rollers, 1 set
degassing of rollers to sheet the dough and 2 flattening
rollers positioned one behind the other on the moulding belt
- a large variety of dough's can be treated gently and
perfectly.
For the production of seam controlled pieces, a special
construction of the curling net station folds the pieces of
dough, checking the final position.
The pressure board, the height of which can be set at the
front and the back, creates the required length of the dough. |
